The hotel is located near Zurich's main line station and within 15mins walking distance of the main shopping area.
All of the rooms are small and basic. They are in need of some refurbishment along with the bathrooms which are in fair condition.
The large restaurant/bar has been completely renovated and is now very modern and stylish. It is a popular meeting place with the young, trendy set.
This is a large, modern building. The small lobby has recently been renovated in bright, fashionable style.
The hotel is now part of an entertainment complex which includes an indoor discotheque for 1500 people - a venue for the latest bands and DJs as well as special parties. This new concept is clearly aimed at the younger audience between 25 and 35 years old. It should also be noted that there might on occasions be some noise until late at night as the club often doesn't close until 05.00. Although this is usually worse at the weekends there are occasions where events take place during the week as well.
